The Zentai culture has a long history before it’s accepted by more and more people. At the beginning, Zentai suits are worn as dance clothing for disco, performers’ wearing or Gym suit series. Later, they become full body swimwears, bathing suits even warm sleeping clothes. The materials of catsuits are nylon,spandex, as well as traditional cotton, so they are comfortable to wear.

As the famous films like Spiderman, Batman and Superman produced, thesesuperhero costumes have born.Later,some famous stars like Lady Gaga have contributed to the popularity of zentai fashion. Bodysuits and jumpsuits even have replaced bras and shorts. Nowadays, Zentai has already been fashionable apparels. In the United States, Europe and other Western countries, there are more people to seek for personalities, they even walk in the street wearing tights. In China, although the tights are the special clothes of sports and other activities, with the cultural development, there will be some young people to try catsuits.
